What a lucky find!!!
Our son had big problems when it comes to following along in school; however he has a knowledge that exceeds by far that of the children his own age. Dreamer, impulsive, depressive, agitated at night, I am very overwhelmed! That’s not all, he has a sister, same behaviours, but hyperactive, she can not hold still for a minute and she asks for help: “mom, can you help me to stop moving” (the tears coming down her eyes).

Hello
My history with LTO3 started by chance. I saw the site and the remainder was just a question of trusting my feelings. The product seemed to be good. I knew that I did not have anything to lose in trying it. I do not have any depressive disorder but for a few years I had noticed that certain nights (1 out of 10 days) I wake up for no reason and I am unable to get back to sleep again. This hinders my effectiveness at work the following day and requires several nights to play catch up with the sleep that I have missed.
What I liked with LTO3 is how fast I have seen positive effects concerning the quality of my sleep. Certain products will help you get to sleep but you don’t really feel rested in the morning. With LTO3 I slept the complete night and I was in good shape when the alarm clock rang. This is an incredible improvement. Normally I take 2-3 capsules the morning on an empty stomach but the week before my period, I increase the amount to 3 and sometimes 4 since my critical periods of insomnia are mainly during the week before my period. I also notice a balance of my moods with the product. This is good since I am normally irritable and aggressive but much less since I take the capsules.
Small amusing council: do not leave the capsules on the counter overnight if you have a cat. They adore them. I kept a kitten and I had left 2 capsules on the counter so that I would not forget them the morning. The cat took one bite and loved it.

I am writing to give my testimonial with my 14 year old son who has a temperamental behaviour problem whenever I ask him to do something like homework, clean your room, or anything constructive he has an uncontrollable fit.
