How to Shop at Choices4wellness.ca Shop by Category by clicking on the Category buttons on the left-hand side of the screen. You can purchase directly from the page by clicking the "PURCHASE NOW" tab. Detailed Product Information is available by clicking the "INFORMATION" button. [ Top ] Using the Shopping Cart - Placing items you wish to purchase in your Shopping Cart is easily performed by clicking on the "Add to Shopping Cart" button, under the Purchase Now tab, of the displayed product. Once an item has been put in your Shopping Cart, you can view the contents of your Cart at any time by clicking on any "PURCHASE NOW" tab on any product , then clicking on "View Shopping Cart". This does not add that product to your cart, it just brings the shopping cart controls up for you to view. If your Shopping Cart is empty, a message will appear indicating this. For items that are in the Shopping Cart, you can specify a quantity, change a quantity or remove it from your basket. Click the "Update" button each time after making a change. To specify the number of products you wish to purchase, change the number in the Quantity box and then click the 'update' button in the basket page. You can only change the quantity of one item at a time, so repeat this step for each item whose quantity you want to change. You may always continue shopping for other products and add them to your Shopping Cart by clicking on a Category button on the left-hand side of the screen. The contents of your Shopping Cart will remain intact while you continue or resume shopping. To remove an item from your Shopping Basket, click the View Shopping Cart button, then click on the "Delete" button next to the item that you wish to remove on the Shopping Cart screen. [ Top ] Checking Out - Finalizing Your Purchase Customers may also change their Shipping Address at the time of Check Out, if their purchase is destined elsewhere. Once you have chosen your preferred Check Out method, you are then sent to an Order Summary page that provides information about your current order, and then to a Payment Method selection page. You must click on the "SEND ORDER NOW" button which will take you to another screen so you can check your order once again, then click the "CONFIRM" button to send your order. Email Order Verification will be sent automatically to your email address, immediately after you Check-Out. It is a good idea to Print the Order Verification for your records, and check the Order Verification to insure that your order was placed and processed correctly. Fax or Mail Order -- If you are not comfortable sending your credit card information online, you may browse our on-line store, and add items to your cart. Register your name, shipping address and email address on the online form (by completing your order form online before you print it out, we will be able to process your order faster). You can then print out the completed order form using your browser "PRINT" function. Products considered to be defective can be returned to Choices 4 Wellness, within 30 days of Invoice date. Please email, phone or fax for a Return Authorization Number, and return shipping instructions. All defective product returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number and a copy of your Customer invoice. You may return unopened items within 30-days from date of purchase. In the event that your shipment is damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, please phone, fax or email us immediately for a resolution. All returns require an Authorization Code, a copy of your Customer Invoice, and are subject to a 15% restocking charge. All returns must be sent prepaid within 30 days of the date received, and be accompanied by a Return Authorization code. No collect shipments will be accepted. To the United States All United States orders will be charged a flat shipping fee of $15.00 cdn (size and weight restrictions apply). All orders to U.S. destinations are shipped Canada Post - Regular Post. United States shipping charges do not include any additional tariffs or fees that may be incurred. All additional charges and customs clearances are the responsibility of the customer. All United States and International sales are final.
